  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    UK Delivery Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) from the date of your order. Made-to-order pieces will take longer to dispatch. For custom, made-to-order items, please allow a few weeks. I’ll stay in touch with you throughout the process. I ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2-3 working days from dispatch. However, Royal Mail may experience delays beyond my control. You'll have a tracking number sent to your email so you can track this yourself. International Delivery International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. You'll have a tracking number sent to your email so you can track this yourself. Important Notes I am not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Please double-check your address when placing an order, as I cannot be held responsible for orders sent to the wrong address. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges vary by country, and I have no control over them. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering. If you experience any issues with delivery, please reach out to me via email. Pre-orders If you order multiple items along with a punch needle kit pre-order, your entire order will be shipped together at the end of the month. Please check the product listing for specific dates. ♡
  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
    Yes, However I only offer shipping to United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout, please make sure you double check your address as I am not responsible for orders going to the wrong address. All international orders will be sent out fully tracked with Royal Mail. I am not responsible for any custom charges or tax upon you receiving your order.
  • HAVE YOU STOPPED SHIPPING TO THE EU?
    Yes, due to the new GPSR rules I am no longer shipping to the EU or Northern Island. I'm sorry :( However if this changes I will update this notice.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    At Kats Korner, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the policy below carefully. 1. Your Right to Cancel & Return You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for a full refund. This applies to most products bought online, except for certain exclusions (see Section 3). How to Return an Item Notify me within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing kats.korner.studio@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, you must send the item back within 14 days. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. I recommend using a tracked delivery service, as I cannot be responsible for lost returns. Once I receive your return, I will process your refund within 14 days via the original payment method. 2. Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email kats.korner.studio@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. I may ask for photos to assess the issue. If the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, I will offer a replacement, repair, or refund. I will cover return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items. 3. Non-Returnable Items Some products are excluded from returns: Custom or personalised items (e.g., made-to-order designs). Punch needle kits (due to the nature of the materials). Digital downloads (once accessed or downloaded). Gift cards. Sale items. Mystery bags. 4. Faulty Items If you realise your order is faulty or damaged in any way please do contact me as soon as possible at kats.korner.studio@gmail.com 5. Processing Refunds Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. I do not refund original postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 6. Exchanges I do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order separately. 7.   • WHERE IS MY ORDER?
    All orders are sent via a tracked shipping service through Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can track your order by using the provided tracking number in your order confirmation email. Simply enter the tracking number on the courier's website to get real-time updates on the status and location of your package. I have access to exactly the same information as yourself and nothing further.
  • DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
    Yes, I'm open to discussing your ideas. Just send me an email or fill out my contact form and we will discuss further. Please keep in mind I may reject your request.
  • HOW DOES THE DEPOSIT WORK?
    Before I start custom made-to-order pieces I will require a 50% deposit upfront. This is non refundable, if you wish to cancel. Work will not start on your order until I have received the deposit.
  • DO YOU ACCEPT WHOLESALE ORDERS?
    I do not currently accept wholesale orders.
  • DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
    Yes! They can be purchased and used for any products on my site. They make a perfect gift for your loved ones to choose their favorite items.
  • MY ORDER IS A GIFT, CAN I ADD A PERSONALISED MESSAGE?
    Yes! You can add a personalised message to your gift order during the checkout process. There is an option to include a note to me, where you can write your special message for the recipient. Make sure to review and confirm the message before completing your order.
  • WHAT IS PUNCH NEEDLE?
    Punch needle is a form of embroidery or rug making which uses a needle-like tool to punch loops of yarn into fabric.
  • WHAT IS HAND TUFTING?
    Hand tufted rugs are produced by shooting yarn through a tufting gun into a stretched fabric frame.
  • HOW DO I CARE FOR MY RUGS?
    Coasters: Kats Korner coasters are handmade with care, making each piece unique and delicate. Handle gently and avoid excessive pulling to maintain its shape and durability. To keep it in the best condition, avoid prolonged dampness, as this may weaken the fibres and backing. Spot clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap—do not scrub or machine wash, as this can cause fraying or distortion. Keep away from direct heat sources, and always use on a dry surface. Store flat when not in use to help preserve its shape and longevity. Wall Hangings: Kats Korner wall rugs don't necessarily need cleaning as they're displayed on a wall.
